To be able to indulge in a transformative experience that transcends mainstream massage therapy :

•  Please adhere to the recommended weight guidelines to ensure optimal results. Each session is a unique fusion of advanced massage and bodywork techniques, and therefore requires more time and preparation than a conventional massage.

• We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.

• A 50% deposit is required to process your reservation. Please note that cancellations made after booking confirmation are non-refundable, and any changes to the booking date or time after confirmation will incur an additional fee of 1000 MXN.

• Once your deposit has been processed, you will receive a booking confirmation, along with a brief health form and session instructions. Completing this form allows us to assess your needs, physical condition, and therapeutic goals in advance, ensuring that your session is prepared with a custom protocol tailored specifically for you.

• Taxes are not included in the price menu. If you require an invoice, please provide your RFC at the time of booking.

• For your convenience, we accept Cash, PayPal, Wise, and Credit Card.

• House-call service areas include: Polanco, Palmas, Condesa, Roma, Bosques de Chapultepec, and Lomas de Chapultepec.
